Orders, fulfilment & delivery
An order confirmation email (or on-screen confirmation) acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee dispatch if verification or stock checks fail. Risk of loss for goods passes in line with our Shipping Policy once handed to the carrier, except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
Food safety & intended use
Our spices and blends are intended for culinary use. Store as directed on pack; do not consume if packaging is damaged or tampered. If you have allergies or medical dietary restrictions, review ingredient statements and consult a qualified professional—product information on the site is not medical advice.

Trademarks, logos, packaging design, photography, and site content are owned by Pinak Pani Enterprise or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission, except for fair personal use such as sharing links to our official pages.
