Payment Policy
Pinak Pani Enterprise uses trusted payment partners for online transactions. This policy outlines accepted methods, confirmation rules, and what to do if something goes wrong at checkout.
Accepted payment methods
Depending on availability at checkout, we may support:
- Domestic and international cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and others as enabled by the gateway).
- UPI and supported wallets or net-banking routes offered by our processor.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected serviceable locations, subject to verification.
Pricing, taxes & invoices
Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST or other statutory taxes are included or broken out as shown at checkout. Business customers may request GST-compliant invoices using the billing details provided during purchase.
Authorization & order confirmation
For online payments, your order is confirmed only after successful authorization and settlement confirmation from the payment gateway. A pending or abandoned checkout does not reserve inventory indefinitely.
Failed, duplicate, or debited-without-order cases
If your account was debited but you did not receive an order confirmation, contact us immediately with the transaction reference, amount, timestamp, and registered email. We will coordinate with the gateway to reconcile and, where appropriate, initiate a refund or complete the order.
Security & fraud prevention
Card and UPI data are processed by PCI-DSS compliant partners; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may perform additional verification for high-value or high-risk orders to protect customers and our business.
