Order processing & dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or COD verification where applicable). During peak seasons, campaigns, or inventory audits, processing may extend by an additional business day—we will communicate material delays where possible.

Delivery coverage & timelines

Standard delivery across most serviceable locations in India is typically 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on pin code and courier partner. Remote or special zones may require additional time.

• Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays unless the carrier operates on those days.
• Split shipments may occur if items release from different batches or locations.

Tracking & notifications

Once dispatched, tracking information is shared by email and/or SMS where available. You can also contact our support desk with your order number for status updates.

Shipping charges

Applicable shipping fees, free-shipping thresholds, and any surcharges are displayed at checkout before you pay. Export, bulk pallet, or temperature-controlled movements may be quoted separately by our logistics team.

Delays, force majeure & address accuracy

Weather events, regulatory holds, carrier capacity, or force majeure may delay delivery without liability for indirect losses. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and reachable—rerouting or re-attempt fees may apply for incorrect addresses.
